Clearance

Hello, today I have been a very busy bee. I have been tackling my cupboards and clearing out the gluten products which I won't be using and giving them away to my sister to consume. I have been going a little crazy with my gluten free shopping. I found it a little easier to shop online. I did my shopping with Asda and I just typed gluten free and there it was: gluten free all in one place. I am sure other supermarkets do the same thing. Anyway, I haven't tasted all I bought but I will try to review it as I go along. I feel like being gluten intolerant turns around the diet completely because so many foods contain gluten and I would like to be able to have as much choice as possible in terms of flavour and not give up foods I like. So I will put some pictures of my clearance. I think it was quite beneficial to be gluten intolerant because my cupboards got a good clean!
